In 2012, Ben's son, Nick Lorenzo, joined the company and began working alongside his father every day. Under Ben's mentorship, Nick learned every aspect of the trade, from the importance of precision and workmanship to building strong relationships with customers and contractors.
What started as a father teaching his son the business quickly grew into a true partnership built on shared values, mutual respect, and a common vision.
