The short version: what you send us is used to get back to you about your job, and that's it.

What We Collect

When you use the quote form or the chat on this site, we receive what you choose to tell us: your name, how to reach you, the town the job is in, and whatever you share about the work you need. That's all we ask for, because that's all we need to call you back with a straight answer.

This site doesn't run ad trackers. We do use Google Analytics to count visits, so we know which pages people find useful. It uses cookies and shows us things like which pages were viewed and roughly where visitors are from. It never sees anything you type into our forms or the chat, and we don't use it to advertise to you. Google's own privacy policy covers what they do with the data; if you block analytics cookies in your browser, everything on this site still works.

How We Use It

Your request goes to our team by email so a real person can pick it up and respond. It's treated like any other job inquiry: read by the people who'd do the work, used to reach you, and nothing more.

What We Never Do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketers. We don't put you on a mailing list because you asked about a water heater. You reach out to us, we get back to you, and that's the whole relationship until you say otherwise.

The Chat Assistant

The chat on this site is automated, not a live person. Whatever you type stays in your browser until you tap Send. When you do, your details and the conversation are emailed to our team so we can follow up properly. If you close the chat without sending, nothing reaches us.

Keeping and Removing Your Details

We keep job inquiries the way any contractor keeps their records: so we can follow up, honor our work, and know your history with us if you call again. If you'd like your information removed after we've handled your request, call (860) 684-4227 and we'll take care of it.
